This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Klara – Visual Focus Timer" (the "App"). The App is a paid application available on the Apple App Store and is designed to help users manage time and focus through simple timer functionality. Your privacy is important to us. This App is built to collect no personal data.

The App does not require an account and does not send your focus activity or usage data to Code By Nordic or external servers.
Klara stores certain data locally on your device to provide its features. This may include:

- —Recent focus sessions
- —Timer settings and preferences

Only focus sessions that are completed are added to your Activity history.

3. How We Use Information
Klara processes your locally stored focus session data to provide features such as your Activity Map, focus statistics, weekly activity, focus category breakdowns, and recent sessions.
This processing takes place entirely on your device.
Your focus history, categories, and statistics are not transmitted to Code By Nordic or external servers.
We do not collect, access, sell, share, or use your focus activity data for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on platform services provided by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details. All transactions are handled securely by Apple.

5. Data Storage
All Klara data, including completed focus sessions, activity history, focus statistics, categories, timer settings, themes, and preferences, is stored locally on your device.
This data is not transmitted to our servers or third-party services.
You can permanently delete your focus activity history at any time from:
Setup → More → Delete Activity History
Deleting your Activity History removes your completed focus sessions and the statistics generated from them. It does not delete unrelated app preferences such as your selected theme or timer settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any users.
7. Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is minimal risk related to data security.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
