Privacy Policy

TextFlow is a Figma plugin developed and operated by Code By Nordic.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when TextFlow is used and why it is needed.

Text wrapping, image and shape handling, icon positioning, and other document-related features are performed within the Figma plugin environment.

Your Figma document content is not uploaded to Code By Nordic servers.

TextFlow processes a limited amount of technical information to provide its Free and Pro plans.

For the Free plan, a Figma user ID is sent to a Code By Nordic backend hosted on Supabase.

The identifier is converted into a hashed value before being stored in the database.

The following information may be stored:

• —a hashed identifier derived from the Figma user ID
• —the number of free TextFlow actions used
• —timestamps related to the usage record

The raw Figma user ID is not stored in the TextFlow usage database.

TextFlow temporarily accesses selected Figma layers when needed to perform features such as:

• —wrapping text around images and shapes
• —wrapping text around multiple objects
• —updating existing text wraps
• —editing or restoring wrapped text
• —attaching icons or objects to text

Text, images, shapes, icons, and other Figma document content are processed within Figma and are not sent to Code By Nordic, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, or other external services.

TextFlow may store limited plugin-specific metadata inside the Figma document when required for features such as Update, Reset, Edit Text, and Icon attachments.

TextFlow includes a limited number of free actions.

To keep track of this limit, the Figma user ID is sent to a Supabase Edge Function used by TextFlow.

The identifier is hashed before it is stored. The database uses the resulting identifier only to associate a usage count with the same TextFlow user.

TextFlow also records basic upgrade-button activity, such as whether an upgrade was opened from the plugin menu or paywall.

These upgrade records contain only the type of upgrade action and aggregated counts. They are not linked to a Figma user ID.

TextFlow Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout process, payments, order information, and license generation.

Code By Nordic does not receive or store payment card details through TextFlow.

When a TextFlow Pro license is activated or validated, TextFlow communicates with Lemon Squeezy's licensing service.

This may include:

• —the TextFlow license key
• —a randomly generated installation identifier
• —information required to verify that the license belongs to TextFlow Pro

The installation identifier is not the user's Figma ID.

Figma document content is never sent to Lemon Squeezy.

Information required to remember TextFlow Pro activation is stored using Figma's local plugin storage.

This may include:

• —the license key
• —the installation identifier
• —license activation information
• —the date of the most recent successful validation

This information is used only to provide and validate TextFlow Pro access.

TextFlow does not use third-party advertising networks, behavioral advertising tools, or general-purpose analytics SDKs.

The only usage information collected by Code By Nordic is the limited Free usage and upgrade information described in this Privacy Policy.

Figma may independently collect information about the use of Figma and Community plugins according to Figma's own privacy policy.

TextFlow currently relies on the following third-party services:

Figma

TextFlow runs as a plugin inside the Figma platform.

Supabase

Used to process and store pseudonymous Free usage information and aggregated upgrade activity.

Lemon Squeezy

Used for TextFlow Pro payments, license generation, activation, and validation.

Each service handles information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

TextFlow is designed to collect as little information as reasonably necessary to provide Free usage limits and Pro licensing.

Figma document content is not stored in the TextFlow backend.

Free usage records use a hashed identifier rather than storing the raw Figma user ID.

Access to TextFlow backend services is restricted and is not intended to expose database credentials or private server keys through the plugin.

Depending on your location, applicable privacy laws may give you rights regarding personal information associated with TextFlow.

These may include the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.

Because Free usage records are stored using a hashed identifier rather than a name or email address, additional information may be required to identify the correct record.

Payment and order information handled directly by Lemon Squeezy is subject to Lemon Squeezy's own privacy and data-request procedures.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if TextFlow's features, third-party services, or data practices change.
