My Fish Log is a private fishing journal designed to help anglers record catches, manage fishing trips, organize fishing gear, and explore personal fishing statistics.

We believe your fishing memories and favorite fishing spots should remain under your control.

The App does not require account registration, and its core fishing journal features work offline.

My Fish Log stores the following information locally on your device:

• —Fishing locations entered manually.
• —Fishing Trips, including names, locations, timestamps, and associated catches.
• —Tackle Box information, including fishing lures, photos, and descriptions.
• —Saved Fishing Locations.
• —App preferences, including language, measurement units, and custom fish species.
• —Fishing statistics and insights calculated from your recorded data.

This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to Code By Nordic servers.

Advanced Fishing Insights are calculated locally using your saved fishing records.

Depending on the features you use, My Fish Log may request access to certain device features.

Camera and Photo Library

Used only when you choose to take or select photos for your fishing records.

Photos are stored locally and are not automatically uploaded to our servers.

Location

My Fish Log allows you to enter and save fishing locations manually.

The App does not require GPS access or background location tracking.

File Access and Sharing

Used when you choose to export, import, save, or share files through supported iOS features.

These permissions are used only to provide the functionality you request.

My Fish Log uses the following third-party services to manage purchases and subscriptions.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat is used to manage in-app subscriptions, verify purchases, and determine access to Pro features.

RevenueCat may process limited technical and purchase-related information, including:

• —Anonymous or app-specific user identifiers.
• —Purchase history and subscription status.
• —Transaction receipts and identifiers.
• —Limited device and app information needed to provide subscription services.

This information is processed to manage subscriptions and purchased features.

RevenueCat does not receive your fishing catches, photos, notes, or saved fishing locations through our journal features.

Apple handles App Store purchases, payments, and subscription transactions.

Payment information is processed by Apple. Code By Nordic does not receive your full payment card details.

My Fish Log allows you to export and restore your fishing data.

Backup & Restore

You can create a backup file containing your fishing records, photos, fishing trips, tackle collection, saved locations, and relevant preferences.

Backup files are generated locally on your device.

You decide where to save them, including the Files app, iCloud Drive, or other storage services available through iOS.

Code By Nordic does not automatically upload or store your backup files.

PDF Export

You can export fishing records as PDF documents.

PDF files are generated locally and shared only when you choose to do so.

Trophy Cards

You can create and share images of your fishing catches.

Sharing is initiated by you through the available iOS sharing options.

Files you choose to share or save using third-party services are subject to those services' privacy policies.

Your fishing records are stored locally on your device until you delete them or remove the App.

You can delete individual catches, fishing trips, fishing lures, and saved locations using the App's available controls.

Uninstalling the App generally removes its locally stored data. However, copies may remain in device backups or files you previously exported.

You are responsible for managing and deleting any backup files or exported documents you have saved outside the App.

Purchase-related information processed by Apple and RevenueCat is retained according to their respective policies and applicable legal requirements.

My Fish Log is not specifically directed at children.

We do not require users to create accounts or submit personal profiles.

Purchase-related information may still be processed by Apple and RevenueCat when their services are used, subject to their respective privacy policies.

We take privacy seriously and design My Fish Log to minimize unnecessary data collection.

Your fishing records are stored locally using the device's application storage.

We recommend keeping your device secure and creating regular backups of important fishing records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information processed in connection with purchases, including access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
